Machine Design

Machine Design Compact and Standard versions are used in series with a different design approach provides options for different applications. The operator panel can be mounted on electric cabinet, as well as in co-extrusion applications can be portable modular panel or suspended as a lever.

Screw-Barrel

Screws has emerged as a result of many R & D work and trials, and they are our company original designs. Screw and barrel are designed to achive high-output capacity and prepare excellent melt homogeneity together with low energy consumption. Ourstandard screw and barrel material is nitrided 1.8550 steel. Moreover, aggressive products such as glass fiber reinforced PP barrel are manufactured as Bimetal. After several optimisation screw length was decided as L/D 33.

Asenkron Servo Motor

New technolgy Asynchronous servo motors have lots of advantages compared to DC motors. Therefore, we preferred AÇ servo-motor with a square body that are maintenance free and ensure optimum performance even at low rpm in our extruders.

Gear Box

Deu to high back pressure, in extruders heavy-duty reinforced frame with pressure bearing housing units are used. The Gear-box units ,that have helical gears in it, are Italian orTurkish goods. Depending on the type of extruder long body (compact range) ör normal housing units can be used.
